BJP Punjab to Hold Series of Organisational Meetings During Visit of Dr. Satish Poonia to Punjab

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Punjab State General Secretary Anil Sarin today announced that Dr. Satish Poonia, MP Rajya Sabha, National General Secretary, BJP, and State In-charge, BJP Punjab, will undertake a three-day organisational tour of Punjab from August 31 to September 2, 2026.

During his visit, Dr. Poonia will hold a series of meetings with the state leadership and various organisational teams to review party activities and strengthen the organisational structure across Punjab.

The visit will begin on August 31 in Chandigarh, where Dr. Poonia will address a press conference at the BJP Punjab office, Sector 37-A, followed by meetings with the State Social Media Team, State IT Team, State Media Team and the State Core Committee.

On September 1, Dr. Poonia will travel to Jalandhar, where he will participate in a workshop on the PM Seva Sankalp Abhiyan. He will subsequently interact with State Office Bearers, District In-charges and Co-Incharges, as well as the State General Secretaries.

On September 2, the State In-charge will hold informal meetings in Jalandhar before proceeding to Amritsar. His programme includes a visit to the BJP office in Amritsar, followed by darshan at Durgiana Mandir and Sri Harmandir Sahib.

Anil Sarin said the visit would give the Punjab BJP leadership and organisational teams an important opportunity to receive guidance from the State In-charge and further strengthen the party organisation at every level.

He said the BJP Punjab remains committed to building a strong, disciplined and vibrant organisation dedicated to raising the issues of Punjab and serving the people of the state.
