From Zero Power Bills to Better Healthcare & Education, AAP MLAs Highlight ₹1.82 Lakh Annual Benefit to Every Family Uner Bhagwant Mann Govt

Under the ‘Mann De Munaffe’ campaign launched by the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab, AAP MLAs on Tuesday conducted door-to-door outreach in their respective constituencies. During the campaign, AAP MLAs and leaders talked directly with the people and made them aware of the key facilities being provided by the Mann government, such as zero electricity bills, Aam Aadmi Clinics, better education and other pro-people schemes. The MLAs, citing figures, explained how these facilities were bringing significant savings to the monthly expenses of every family and how this was improving the economic condition of common people.

MLA Lakhbir Singh Rai visited village Nalina Khurd, MLA Hakam Singh visited Raikot, Sujanpur constituency in-charge Swaran Salaria visited village Gosaipur, and AAP volunteers, under the leadership of constituency in-charge Rajwinder Kaur Thiara, conducted a door-to-door public outreach campaign in Jalandhar Cantt. During this, they met people and informed them about the changes brought to Punjab through the work of the Mann government and the economic benefits accruing to them.

MLA Daljit Grewal conducted door-to-door outreach in Ludhiana East, MLA Vijay Singla in Mansa, MLA Dr Jasbir Singh Sandhu in Amritsar West and MLA Dimpy Dhillon in Gidderbaha, meeting people and informing them about the economic benefits from the schemes of the Mann government.

MLA Balkar Sidhu, under the door-to-door public outreach campaign in Rampura Phul constituency, reached out to every household and met local residents, sharing information about the work done by the Mann government in the public interest during the last four years and the facilities provided in areas such as free electricity, healthcare and education. Besides this, MLA Manjit Singh Bilaspur in Nihal Singh Wala, MLA Dalbir Singh Tong in Baba Bakala, MLA Sarwan Singh Dhun in Khem Karan, MLA Manjinder Singh Lalpura in Khadoor Sahib, Principal Budh Ram in village Guraddi of Budhlada and MLA Kulwant Singh in Mohali and Jeevanjot Kaur in Amritsar East conducted extensive outreach and made people aware of government schemes.

During this outreach, the people warmly welcomed the MLAs and party workers. People expressed happiness over the benefits they were receiving from government schemes and thanked Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann. According to the people, these initiatives of the Mann government are proving very helpful in providing financial relief.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann launched Aam Aadmi Party’s door-to-door election campaign from Dhuri, beginning the initiative to take the report card of his government’s four-and-a-half years of work directly to people’s homes. During this, he placed ‘Mann De Munaffe’ at the centre of the election campaign and highlighted the direct financial benefits that people are receiving from the government’s work. He said that through various initiatives, including free electricity, healthcare services, education and the ‘Maavan-Dheeyan Satkar Yojana’, every family is today receiving an annual benefit of ₹1.82 lakh.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann issued a pamphlet and told people:

Do not vote for the Congress, Akali Dal or BJP even by mistake. Voting for them can be very dangerous for you and your family. If these parties come to power:

They will stop your free electricity. You will once again have to pay bills worth thousands of rupees.

Ministers in the Akali and BJP governments used to sell drugs. If they return, drugs will once again be sold openly in Punjab.

They will shut down all the Aam Aadmi Clinics.

They will close the accounts of our mothers and sisters into which ₹3,000 or ₹4,500 is being deposited every three months.

The AAP government brought canal water to the fields. These parties will sell that canal water to Rajasthan and Haryana.

The AAP government had started providing electricity during the daytime for agriculture. If you vote for them, you will once again have to stay awake all night waiting for electricity.

They will shut down the card that provides free treatment of up to ₹10 lakh in private hospitals.

They will stop ‘Tirth Yatra’ and pensions for the elderly.

The Bhagwant Mann government worked hard to improve government schools. These parties will destroy all the schools again.

If these parties come to power, you will once again have to pay bribes for government jobs.

Several allegations of corruption have been levelled against the Chief Ministers of every party, but not a single allegation has been levelled against CM Bhagwant Mann. The BJP and Akali Dal have formed an alliance, sources say that this alliance has been formed on these conditions: The BJP will bring the three “black” farm laws again in Parliament and this time the Akali Dal will support them. Punjab’s water will be given to Haryana and Rajasthan. The BJP-led central government will take control of Chandigarh and Panjab University into its own hands.

What have these parties done in 75 years? They gave Punjab terrorism, drugs, dry fields, poverty, unemployment, broken schools and hospitals. Their leaders educated their children in London and Canada while sending your children to broken-down schools. They got their treatment done in America while your hospitals lacked medicines and doctors. They had complete monopolies over every business, including sand, liquor, cable and transport. Now, under the Mann Government, the money of the people of Punjab is directly going into their own pockets.
