AAP To Take Bhagwant Mann Govt’s 4.5-Year Work To Every Household Through Booth-Level Organisation

CHANDIGARH; 9th August 2026:

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has begun preparations for the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections by stepping up its organisational activities across the state, with a special focus on strengthening the party’s booth-level network and preparing karyakartas and volunteers for the electoral battle. As part of the exercise, senior AAP leader and Punjab Prabhari Manish Sisodia has started holding district-wise meetings with party karyakartas and volunteers.

The meetings are focused on strengthening the organisation at the grassroots level and preparing party karyakartas to take the work of the Punjab Government to every household. Booth in-charge meetings will be held across all 117 Assembly constituencies of Punjab as part of the organisational exercise.

During his visit to Patiala Rural, Manish Sisodia held a meeting with organisation colleagues and karyakartas, where there was an open interaction on the preparations ahead. Recalling his association with party karyakartas, Manish Sisodia said, “Sitting among his colleagues was a different experience altogether, with the interaction bringing back old memories and doubling the enthusiasm for the journey ahead.”

The party’s organisational teams are being prepared to communicate the work done by the Bhagwant Mann Government over the past 4.5 years directly to the people. The campaign will focus on taking the government’s key initiatives to every household, including the Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojna, 300-unit free electricity scheme, canal water for agriculture, and the financial assistance being provided to women under the Mawan Dheeyan Satkar Yojna.

As part of the ongoing exercise, a booth in-charge meeting was also held in Patiala, which was attended by Cabinet Minister Dr. Balbir Singh and senior party leaders. A similar booth-in-charge meeting was held in Bhadaur, where MLA Labh Singh Ugoke and senior party leaders participated.

Through these meetings, AAP is strengthening its booth-level organisation and preparing its karyakartas and volunteers to remain connected with people across all 117 Assembly constituencies and take the Punjab Government’s work of the past 4.5 years to every household as the party prepares for the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections.
