Inaugurates CCTV Cameras in Sector 46 and Water Cooler at Sector 15 Street Vending Zone
Chandigarh, August 23: Chandigarh MP and former Union Minister Manish Tewari dedicated various development projects to the public in different in parts of the city. He inaugurated newly installed CCTV cameras in Sector 46, Ward No. 34. He also dedicated a newly installed water cooler at the Street Vending Zone in Sector 15.
Addressing the gathering, MP Tewari said that the CCTV cameras would play an important role in curbing criminal activities in the area and enhancing the safety of residents. He said that the installation of CCTV cameras had been a long-standing demand of the local residents, particularly as such surveillance systems have become an important tool for ensuring public safety.
Similarly, while inaugurating the water cooler at the Sector 15 Vending Zone, he said it would provide clean and cool drinking water to vendors, workers and visitors. MP Tewari assured that there would be no shortage of funds for the development of Chandigarh.
Among others, MC Gurpreet Singh Gabi, Deepak Lubana President Chandigarh Youth Congress, Neetu, Harsh, Sunil and Jatin Virk, Ravi Shah, Satish Kumar Sharma , Krishan Lal Bansal, Javed Khan, along with several other local residents and supporters, were present on the occasion.
