SCD Govt College, Alumnus ,Dr. Jernail Singh Anand’s Post-Truth Trilogy Set for World Premier on 1st September 2026
Acclaimed philosopher-poet Dr. Jernail Singh Anand’s monumental Post-Truth Trilogy will be released worldwide on 1st September 2026, publishers confirmed today. Comprising Book I: Conversations with the Infinite, Book II: Beyond the Boundaries of Thought, and Book III: At The Threshold of Wisdom, the trilogy confronts the collapse of certainties in our age and charts a path from questioning to wisdom. Anand writes with the fervor of a prophet poet. His prose blends Vedic cadence, Biblical allusion, and Punjabi aphorism into a distinctive idiom. It is a book that like every other authentic text of wisdom, does not end on the page, but continues to resonate in the consciousness [Mauro Montachhiesi].
This trilogy is a rare philosophical event in Indian English literature, which is in the tradition of Sri Aurobindo, and J. Krishnamurti. Eminent voices have hailed the work. Dr. Prasenjit Biswas, noted philosopher from Shillong, observes: “For Prof. Anand, situating moral wrongs amidst stark experience of vulnerability …opens up a new possibility of resetting our moral compass.” Sahitya Akademi Award winner Dr. Vinod Asudani of Nagpur calls it “a work of enduring brilliance—a literary and philosophical bridge connecting the ancient wisdom of our rishis with the turbulent realities of the digital era. “Philosophy” Dr. Anand thinks, “need not be locked away in academic towers; it can flourish wherever human beings gather to seek truth, share a cup of tea, and contemplate eternity” - a necessary reading for a distracted civilization.
Dharmshala-based bilingual poet-philosopher Dr. Lalit Mohan Sharma says: “Large like Whitman, he [Anand] contains continents… The vastly complicated genius of thought which characterises Anand's writing, aims for space beyond the human threshold.”
Italian stalwart Mauro Montacchiesi feels that “Anand’s legacy is neither confined to poetry nor activism. ..He is not only India’s voice – he is her echo across continents.”
A Laureate of Charter of Morava, Seneca Award, Franz Kafka Award, and Maxim Gorky Award, Dr. Anand’s trilogy arrives as both literary milestone and cultural intervention. The launch will include online dialogues and journal features throughout September. Brij Bhushan Goyal, Alumni Org Sec said, :Dr Anand's glorious literary achievements made our alma mater proud too
