BJP Gears Up for 2027 Elections, Deliberates on Organisational Strengthening and Election Strategy; Focus on Strengthening the Party Down to the Booth Level

AAP Government Has Failed on Every Front, BJP Now the Only Hope for Punjab — Kewal Singh Dhillon
A meeting of Punjab Bharatiya Janta Party’s state office-bearers and district presidents was held at the party office in Ludhiana under the leadership of Punjab BJP President Kewal Singh Dhillon. The meeting was attended by State Organisation General Secretary Srinivasulu and National Secretary and Punjab Co-incharge Narendra Raina, along with the newly appointed office-bearers of the newly constituted state body and all district presidents.
During the meeting, detailed deliberations were held on strengthening the party’s organisational structure and formulating an election strategy for the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections in 2027. All office-bearers expressed their full confidence in the party high command and the leadership of State President Kewal Singh Dhillon. The leaders resolved to contest the 2027 elections with complete unity, enthusiasm and determination.
Congratulating the newly appointed office-bearers and district presidents, State President Kewal Singh Dhillon said that these were not merely positions but a major responsibility towards the future of Punjab and the party. He said it was their primary duty to live up to the trust placed in them through hard work and integrity. He called upon the leaders to further strengthen the organisational roots of the party and work towards strengthening BJP at every village, every city and every booth level.
Expressing serious concern over the prevailing situation in Punjab, Dhillon said that the Aam Aadmi Party government had failed on every front. The deteriorating law and order situation, rising drug menace, gangsterism, mounting debt, unemployment and several other issues had emerged as major challenges for Punjab. He claimed that the people’s only hope now to free Punjab from these problems was the Bharatiya Janata Party.
As part of preparations for the elections, the State President appealed to all party workers to take the pro-people and development-oriented policies of the Central Government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi to every household in Punjab, so that a strong BJP government could be formed in the state.
