Human Intelligence Will Remain The Defining Force In The Ai Era: Mp Manish Tewari At Cma Management Talk

Member of Parliament Shri Manish Tewari underscored the need to complement rapid advances in Artificial Intelligence with human wisdom, ethics and leadership while addressing a well-attended Management Talk organised by the Chandigarh Management Association (CMA) under the leadership of President Shri Abhishek Gupta and General Secretary cum CEO Dr. Navjot Kaur at Hotel Mountview yesterday.

The thought-provoking session, titled "Beyond Artificial Intelligence: Why Human Intelligence Still Matters," brought together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, academicians and management professionals for an engaging dialogue on the future of AI and human leadership.

Delivering his address Shri Saurabh Agrawal, former TCS Startup Mentor and Member, AIMA National Council, explained how Artificial Intelligence can deliver transformative outcomes only when guided by human values, responsible governance and strategic thinking.

Dr. Sanjeev P. Sahni, Professor of Eminence and internationally acclaimed Behavioural Scientist, highlighted that empathy, compassion, ethical judgement and emotional intelligence remain distinctly human capabilities that no technology can truly replicate.

Earlier, Dr. Navjot Kaur presented a report on the Executive Committee's achievements during its tenure. In his address, CMA President Shri Abhishek Gupta reaffirmed the Association's commitment to creating meaningful platforms for knowledge exchange, professional excellence and collaborative leadership.

As the current Executive Committee completes its tenure on July 12, the leadership expressed confidence that the incoming team would build upon the momentum by expanding CMA's network, strengthening member engagement and taking the Association to even greater heights. The programme concluded with CMA's enduring motto: "Together We Can." CMA is the Chandigarh chapter of All India Management Association.
