Green Land Sr. Sec. Public School Selects Ncc Girls Cadets For 2026-27

Green Land Sr. Sec. Public School, Jalandhar Bypass, successfully conducted the selection process for NCC girls cadets for the academic session 2026-27. Under the expert guidance of Colonel Ajay Kohli from the 3rd Punjab Battalion NCC, the school identified promising young girls for its Senior Wing.
Addressing the aspiring cadets, Mr. Singh emphasized the significance of joining the NCC, highlighting its role in fostering national unity, discipline and character building. He encouraged students to embrace these values and become responsible citizens.
The selection process conducted by Subedar Major Karnail Singh and A.N.O. Shaveta Arora, involved rigorous physical fitness tests and oral interviews.
Approximately 30 students were selected for the Senior Division.
The Chairman, Chain of Green Land Schools Dr. Rajesh Rudhra, commended the NCC's contribution to empower young girls. He expressed confidence that the selected cadets would excel in their roles as future leaders.
Mrs. Baldeep Pandher, the Principal of the school, inspired students to embrace a disciplined lifestyle and encouraged them to join the NCC.
