The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has stepped up its outreach under the ‘Shandaar 4 Saal, Bhagwant Mann De Naal’ campaign, with its youth wing announcing a statewide mobilisation drive to take the Punjab Government’s work directly to people across villages and urban wards.

Addressing a press conference, Chairman Punjab Youth Development Board and Acting President of AAP Punjab Youth Wing Parminder Singh Goldy said, “The AAP’s youth wing will actively participate in the ongoing ‘Shandaar 4 Saal, Bhagwant Mann De Naal’ campaign and take the achievements of the Punjab Government to every village and ward across Punjab.”

He noted that under the leadership of Punjab CM Bhagwant Singh Mann, the government has delivered historic work over the past four years, particularly in the youth and education sectors. “Under the leadership of CM Bhagwant Singh Mann, the AAP Government has delivered historic work in the last four years, particularly for the youth and education sector,” he said, adding, “The youth wing will organise ‘nukkad sabhas’ and meetings across Punjab to directly connect with people and highlight these achievements.”

Highlighting the government’s focus on employment, Parminder Singh Goldy said, “The youth wing will inform people about the transformative steps taken by the Mann Government, especially for the empowerment of young people.” He emphasised, “The government has fulfilled its promise of providing employment based on merit, and around 65,000 government jobs have been given to the youth in a transparent manner. These jobs have not only supported individuals but also provided stability and hope to thousands of families.”

He further underlined the growth in private sector opportunities, stating, “The government has also generated more than five lakh private sector job opportunities by bringing investments and major industrial projects to Punjab.” He added that these developments have “reignited confidence among the youth and encouraged them to pursue education and career opportunities within Punjab.”

On education reforms, Parminder Singh Goldy said, “Government schools in Punjab are witnessing a major transformation with modern infrastructure and advanced teaching methods.” He added, “Entrepreneurship programs are being introduced at the school level to equip students with skills to become job creators rather than job seekers.” He further noted, “Teachers and principals are being sent abroad for training to countries like Singapore and Finland to bring global best practices to Punjab’s education system.”

Referring to the campaign against drugs, he said, “The Mann Government has taken strict action under its ‘Yudh Nashean Virudh’ initiative, leading to the arrest of thousands of drug smugglers. This sends a strong message that illegal activities will not be tolerated in Punjab.”

He also highlighted the government’s push for sports development, stating, “Large-scale development of playgrounds, indoor gyms, and sports infrastructure is underway across Punjab.” He added, “Youth clubs are being strengthened and provided with sports kits to engage young people in positive activities and channel their energy towards nation-building.”

Placing these efforts in a broader vision, Parminder Singh Goldy said, “These efforts are aligned with the vision of Arvind Kejriwal and Bhagwant Singh Mann to create a progressive and prosperous Punjab.” He added, “The AAP Government is working in the spirit of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh’s dream of building a better and equitable society.”

Reaffirming the commitment of AAP karyakartas, he said, “AAP workers will take every achievement of the government, be it free electricity, improved law and order, Sadak Surakhiya Force or development initiatives, to every household in Punjab.” He concluded, “The youth wing will ensure that the message of the Mann Government’s historic work reaches every corner of the state.”
