Ludhiana, 07 October 2026:

A strong protest has been seen in front of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) office located near the local Arora Palace Dana Mandi against the CBI raid on the houses of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann's OSD (Officer on Special Duty) and other close associates in Punjab.

Aam Aadmi Party District president Jatinder Singh Khangura, MLA Ashok Parashar Pappi, MLA Daljit Singh Bhola Grewal, MLA Kulwant Singh Sidhu, MLA Jeevan Singh Sangowal, MLA Hakam Singh Thekedar, Lok Sabha Incharge Sharanpal Singh Makkar, Chairman Hemraj Raji and hundreds of AAP volunteers were also present at the protest.

The AAP leadership present on the occasion unanimously said that the BJP government at the center wants to win the upcoming assembly elections by intimidating and suppressing Punjabis, which is absolutely not possible.

He said in a strong tone that the BJP is forgetting one thing that Punjabis never accept the will of a person who comes with bullying, no matter how powerful he is. Flipping through the pages of history, he said that Alexander the Great, who conquered the world, was stopped by Porus, who was a Punjabi, and now only Punjabis will stop the BJP's chariot.

He clarified that the BJP is keeping this illusion that perhaps Punjabis have forgotten that about 750 of our farmers were martyred on the borders of Delhi. He said that Punjabis understand the cunning tricks of BJP very well, which include the attempt to capture Panjab University, the conspiracy to seize BBMB, and sometimes trying to capture Chandigarh.

On the contrary, Punjabis know how to protect their rights and will deal sternly with the forces that are destroying Punjab. He said that Punjabis know very well that CBI raids are being conducted on Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann's team to defame his honest government, but despite every effort for hours, they have not found anything.

The people of Punjab will teach such a lesson to the BJP, which has been humiliated by the public welfare works of the Mann government, that it will never again be able to threaten CBI in any state.
