Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker Kultar Singh Sandhwan has expressed deep grief over the sad demise of the world-renowned Urdu poet Dr. Bashir Badr.
In a condolence message issued, Speaker Sandhwan described Dr. Bashir Badr as a luminary of modern Urdu literature who brought the ghazal genre out of complex metaphors and closer to the hearts of the common people.
