Speeding up development works, Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Prashar Pappi inaugurated a major project worth Rs 95.48 lakh to reconstruct streets of Mohar Singh Nagar (ward number 78) on Friday.
Under this project, RMC streets would be constructed and the concerned officials of the civic body have been directed to complete the project within the stipulated time period.
Councillor Surinder Kaur Manna, Ward incharge Manpreet Manna among other residents and volunteers were also present during the inauguration ceremony.
MLA Prashar stated that the state government led by Chief Minister (CM) Bhagwant Singh Mann is working towards sustainable development. A large number of development projects are being taken up in Ludhiana Central constituency. Be it roads, water-sewer lines, parks etc, steps are being taken to develop quality infrastructure.
MLA Prashar further stated that feedback is also being taken from the residents before taking up development works in their respective areas. More such projects would be launched in the coming days too.
