Haryana Chief minister nayab singh Saini on friday assure that' who will find guilty in IDFC bank scam bore the brunt of law.Government will firm action against guilty.He said now cbi taken this scam probe in hand.
Nayab saini addressing press conference here.He replied a question and said that government recovered all sum 590crores deposited in IDFC bank chandigarh branch.but perpetrators of scam would exposed through CBI probe.As of now state vigilance and anti corruption bureau arrested some accused.
Before a day nayab government suspended Two senior IAS officers.Chief secretary Anurag Rastogi released suspension order.Although reason behind suspension not mentioned in order but speculation was that IDFC Bank scam likely behind this action. nayab singh Government handover this bank scam probe to CBI.and cbi registered a case.
Suspended IAS Pradeep Kumar belongs to 2011batch and posted as director and special secretary transport department.IAS Ramkumar singh belongs to 2012batch and posted as revenue and disaster manegment department. Ramkumar singh also holding post of aditional chief executive officer of panchkula metropolitan development authority. According Chief secretary order both officers Will record their attendance in services branch of chief secretary office.The Government Wednesday late night also transferred 15IAS officers. This step taken to maintain posting balance. Government hand over aditional charges to senior officers.
Through This transfer posting drive government sent many IAS from prime post to less important post. aditional principal secretary in CM office saket Kumar sent to archive department. Senior IAS Pankaj Aggrawal sent to architecture department. ss principal secretary seniors IAS dj behara posted as secretary revenue and disaster manegment department IT is learned that deposit of those departments siphoned off from bank accounts these officers were leading capacity there.These officers were posted in panchayat and development depsrtment ehen deposit of department sum siphoned off
