Green Land Senior Secondary Public School Celebrates Ram Navami And Durga Navratri With Devotion And Enthusiasm

Green Land Senior Secondary Public School celebrated the auspicious occasions of Ram Navami and Durga Navratri with great fervour and spiritual zeal. A special morning assembly was organised for the students of Class X and XII, aiming to enlighten them about the significance of these sacred festivals.

The assembly commenced with a soulful prayer, creating a serene and devotional atmosphere. The students were sensitively guided about the importance of Ram Navami, which marks the birth of Lord Ram, symbolizing righteousness, truth and virtue. The significance of Navratri, celebrating the divine feminine power and the victory of good over evil, was also beautifully explained.

The students of Class X actively participated and presented inspiring thoughts, speeches and devotional recitations, highlighting the values of courage, discipline and faith that these festivals teach us.

On this pious occasion, the Chairman of the Chain of Green Land Schools Dr.Rajesh Rudhra, encouraged the students to imbibe the ideals of Lord Ram in their lives and to always stand for truth and righteousness. He emphasized the importance of moral values, self-discipline and respect for our rich cultural heritage.

The Principal Mrs Baldeep Pandher motivated the students to draw inspiration from these festivals and apply these teachings in their daily lives. She urged them to remain focused, humble and compassionate individuals, contributing positively to society.
