Green Land Sr. Sec. Public School Observes International Friendship Day

Celebrating the joy of friendship and togetherness, Green Land Sr. Sec. Public School conducted a vibrant Friendship Band Making Activity on the occasion of International Friendship Day for the students of Grade III. Students made creative colourful handmade friendship bands and exchanged them with their classmates, spreading smiles and the spirit of friendship. The activity aimed to nurture values of kindness, bonding and emotional expression among young learners.
The Chairman, Chain of Green Land Schools, Dr. Rajesh Rudhra said that true friendship is built on kindness, respect and trust. Every thoughtful gesture strengthens the bond of friendship and inspires young minds to grow with empathy, cooperation, and compassion.
The Principal, Mrs. Baldeep Pandher, lauded the efforts of the students and said that friendship is one of life's greatest treasures. Simple acts of kindness and caring create lasting bonds, helping children grow into confident, compassionate and responsible individuals while spreading happiness wherever they go.
