Green Land Senior Secondary Public School Organises Inter-section English Poetry Recitation

Green Land Senior Secondary Public School proudly organised an Inter-Section English Poetry Recitation Competition for the students of Classes VI and VII. The theme for the event, “Our Helpers,” aimed to instill respect, gratitude and awareness among students towards the invaluable contributions of helpers in our daily lives.

The students from each section participated with great enthusiasm and confidence. The young poets eloquently recited poems highlighting the dedication and importance of helpers such as teachers, doctors, farmers, sanitation workers and many more.

The event not only enhanced the linguistic and creative skills of the students but also nurtured a sense of empathy and appreciation for society’s unsung heroes.

The esteemed Chairman of the Chain of Green Land Schools Dr. Rajesh Rudhra appreciated the efforts of the students and teachers, stating that such activities play a vital role in shaping responsible and sensitive individuals. He emphasized that recognizing the contribution of helpers is essential for building a compassionate and respectful society.

The Principal Mrs Baldeep Pandher lauded the participants for their confidence and expressive performances. She encouraged students to continue exploring the beauty of language and poetry and to always remain grateful towards those who contribute selflessly to our lives. She also congratulated the winners and motivated all participants to keep striving for excellence.
