In a significant development in the defamation case of Bikram Singh Majithia vs. Sanjay Singh, Rajya Sabha member, the full cross-examination of Bikram Singh Majithia has concluded today.
The cross-examination was conducted on the last opportunity given by the Hon'ble High Court and was conducted by Advocate Akash Bajaj, District President of the Legal Wing of the Aam Aadmi Party and District Secretary Kamaljit Singh Anand. With this, the evidence has now been closed and the case has now been placed for argument.
