Green Land Students Bag 10 Gold, 11 Silver And 11 Bronze Medals In Punjab Zonal Karate, Table Tennis & Volleyball Tournaments

1.In the Punjab Schools Zonal Karate Tournament for Boys which was held at PAU between 4th August and 5th August, 2026.

Green Land Sr. Sec. Public School, Jalandhar Bypass, Ludhiana, karatekas brought laurels to the school as by bagging 09- Gold, 10-Silver and 09-Bronze Medals in various age and weight categories.

Following students are selected to represent PAU Zone for District tournaments

U-19 (Boys) Jai Kumar, Mohit, Sahil, Shubham &Yuvraj

U-17 (Boys) Aarav , Harshit, Jaideep, Khushal

2. Table Tennis:-

In the Zonal Table Tennis Tournament which was held at KVM School, Civil Lines

Ludhiana on 5th August, 2026

U-17 ( Girls) bagged U-17 Gold by beating DPS, Ldh. in final (3-0)

U-14 ( Girls ) bagged Bronze Medal by beating KVM School Civil Lines, Ldh. (3-2)

Following students are selected to represent PAU Zone for District Tournaments.

Gargi Tandon, Himani, Ridhima and Drishti

3. Volley Ball:

In the Zonal Volley Ball Tournament which was held at Guru Nanak Stadium,

Ludhiana from 28th July to 4th August, 2026.

U-17 Boys bagged Silver Medal

U-17 Girls bagged Bronze Medal

The Chairman cum Director Dr. Rajesh Rudhra and Principal Mrs.Baldeep Pandher congratulated the students and the coaches Ms. Lakshmi Rao, Mr. Harpreet Singh Jolly and Mr. Ravishek.
