The students were sensitized to the significance of this sacred day and enlightened about the life, teachings and supreme sacrifice of Guru Arjan Dev Ji, who laid down his life while upholding the values of truth, faith, humility and humanity. Through an informative video presentation, students learned about Guru Ji’s invaluable contribution towards promoting peace, universal brotherhood and selfless service. Teachers emphasized that Guru Arjan Dev Ji’s martyrdom symbolizes unwavering devotion to righteousness and inspires people to face challenges with courage and faith. The Chairman of the Chain of Green Land Schools, Dr. Rajesh Rudhra, paid rich tribute to Guru Arjan Dev Ji and stated that his life is a shining example of sacrifice, tolerance and spiritual strength. He urged students to imbibe these noble virtues and contribute positively towards society.
