Green Land Sr. Sec. Public School Celebrates World Athletics Day And Maharana Pratap Jayanti With Great Enthusiasm

Green Land Sr. Sec. Public School enthusiastically celebrated World Athletics Day with the tiny tots of Grade Pre-Nursery to UKG. The campus echoed with excitement, laughter and energy as the little athletes participated in fun races, balancing activities, jumping games and fitness drills specially designed for their age group.

Dressed in sporty attire with cheerful smiles, the young learners displayed remarkable enthusiasm, teamwork and sportsmanship throughout the celebration.

Maharana Pratap Jayanti was also celebrated with great patriotism and enthusiasm through a special Cine Time Activity organised for the students of Classes I to III. The young learners were introduced to the inspiring life, bravery and sacrifices of the great warrior, Maharana Pratap, through an informative and engaging presentation.

The Chairman, Chain of Green Land Schools, Dr. Rajesh Rudhra, said that Maharana Pratap’s life is a timeless example of courage and dedication towards the nation. Adding to this, he said that sports and physical activities play a vital role in the overall development of a child. Children learn discipline, teamwork and healthy living in a joyful manner.

The Principal, Mrs. Baldeep Pandher, said that such celebrations offer young learners a wonderful glimpse into the heroic legacy of Maharana Pratap. She applauded the efforts of the students and added that the tiny athletes filled the day with energy, enthusiasm and joyful smiles.
