Green Land Senior Secondary Public School solemnly observed the martyrdom of the Chaar Sahibzaade, the four brave sons of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, with deep reverence and devotion. A special morning assembly was organised in the school campus to pay heartfelt tribute to their unparalleled sacrifice, courage and unwavering faith.
During the assembly, students were sensitised about the importance of the day and the glorious history of the Chaar Sahibzaade, helping them understand the significance of their martyrdom and its lasting impact on Sikh history and humanity. Through soul-stirring poems and meaningful speeches, students highlighted the supreme sacrifice of the Sahibzaade and conveyed powerful messages of bravery, righteousness and devotion to humanity. The atmosphere was filled with pride and solemnity as children reflected on the values of truth, courage and selflessness exemplified by the Sahibzaade.
The Chairman of the School, Dr.Rajesh Rudhra, in his special message, inspired the students to imbibe the ideals of courage, moral strength and devotion to duty in their daily lives. He emphasised that the sacrifice of the Chaar Sahibzaade continues to be a guiding light for future generations.
The Principal of the School, Mrs Baldeep Pandher, also addressed the students, urging them to follow the path of honesty, discipline and resilience. She highlighted the importance of remembering such historic sacrifices to build strong character and instil moral values among students.
