The student-teachers of Innocent Hearts College of Education, Jalandhar once again stole the limelight by achieving 100% First divisions in the first year of their B.Ed. training programme. 38% student-teachers grabbed more than 70% marks in the result of GNDU B.Ed. Sem-II Examination (May 2022). Nandini Luthra achieved First position in the college with 77.26% marks, Divya Sarangal bagged Second position with 75.57% marks, Preeti and Deepanshi Seth attained Third position in the college with 74.94% marks and Vasudha got Fourth position in the college with 74.73% marks. Nandini Luthra, topper of the college shared her happiness by saying I owe my success to my parents and teachers. With the love and support of my parents and guidance of our co-operative principal and hardworking teachers, I am at this stage of my life. Even earlier than that I owe my gratitude to God for all my success. Divya Sarangal added, For me the way to success was my hard work, persistence in studies and leading a disciplined life. It is said that Behind every successful woman is a tribe of other successful women, who have her back and my mother has been a large part of that force. Having a mother who herself is a Science teacher is an advantage because she encouraged me to be curious and passionate. Executive Director (Colleges) Innocent Hearts Group, Mrs. Aradhana Bowry appreciated the attainment made by the student-teachers. Principal Dr. Arjinder Singh motivated the student- teachers to continue to put in more effort and work whole-heartedly in the next semester too. The members of Management, Principal and faculty members congratulated all the student-teachers, who felt victorious and thanked their mentors.
