Under the visionary aegis of Disha – An Initiative run by the Bowry Memorial Educational and Medical Trust, the Mental Well-Being Club of Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions (IHGI), Loharan, celebrated the International Day of Yoga 2026 with great enthusiasm. This year’s theme, “Yoga for Healthy Ageing,” emphasized the role of yoga in promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle. A special yoga session was organized for faculty members, featuring various yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation practices conducted under expert guidance. The peaceful atmosphere, enhanced by soothing instrumental music, encouraged relaxation, mindfulness, and inner balance.
