Lovely Professional University (lpu), Lakshmesh Sharma And Siddharth, Organized An Educational Workshop On Banking Documentation And Awareness Organized At Kendriya Vidyalaya

In a commendable initiative to promote financial literacy among school students, two students from Lovely Professional University (LPU), Lakshmesh Sharma and Siddharth, organized an educational workshop on “Banking Documentation and Awareness” at Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 4, located in Jalandhar Cantonment, on April 9.

The workshop was specially designed for Class 12 Commerce students, aiming to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical banking procedures. It provided students with essential insights into various aspects of banking documentation, account handling, and financial awareness.

The session featured expert guidance from seasoned professionals, including Dr. Anoop Mohanty and Dr. Ravi from Lovely Professional University, along with Mr. Gurmeet Singh, Assistant General Manager at Indian Overseas Bank. Their collective experience brought depth and clarity to the session, making it highly interactive and informative for the students.

Speaking on the occasion, school principal Mr. Sashi Kant expressed his appreciation for the initiative, stating that such collaborations are vital in preparing students for the real world. “Workshops like these equip our students with the knowledge and confidence they need to navigate future financial responsibilities,” he said.
