People Gathered In The Free Acupuncture Treatment Camp Organized In Panipat In The Memory Of Dr. Dn Kotnis, Incurable Diseases Cured

Former BJP MP Shri Sanjay Bhatia, referring to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's slogan of 'Health for All', said that our ancient treatment systems can prove to be helpful in making it successful and the role of acupuncture treatment system can be important in this. The former MP said this while addressing the people present after inaugurating a 2-day free acupuncture camp organized on the occasion of the 82nd death anniversary of international freedom fighter Dr. Dwarka Nath Kotnis under the joint aegis of Committee Dera Baba Jodh Sachiyar, Shri Rama Krishna Charitable Trust and Dr. DN Kotnis Acupuncture Hospital, Ludhiana. Former MP Bhatia also said that since this treatment method is available at a very low cost for the treatment of common people, he will try — through the central government — for its development, treatment center and establishment of its medical education in Panipat also. On this occasion, Minister Counsellor Wang Shing Ming of Chinese Embassy, Delhi said that the way Indian doctor Dwarka Nath Kotnis helped China and its people in times of trouble without caring for his own life, the Chinese people can never forget it. The Chinese government will continue to provide every possible help for the development of acupuncture in India so that every person in India and the whole world can benefit from this ancient treatment method. He said that today when the whole world is on the brink of the third world war, at the same time, the people of China, the government, the Prime Minister of India Mr Narendra Modi and the people together can play an important role in leading the world towards peace and development. This will be very significant for making India's son Dr Kotnis' mission — for humanity and his mission of providing good health to the people — worthwhile. He also praised the work being done for humanity through acupuncture by Dr Inderjit Singh, Director of Dr DN Kotnis Hospital, Ludhiana. On this occasion, Jaspal Singh and Rake Bhayana of the committee said that we want an acupuncture hospital and college to be built in Panipat just like it's there in Ludhiana, Punjab, for which we hope that former MP Sanjay Bhatia from the Government of India and Wang Shing Ming from the Chinese government will provide full support. On this occasion, Chairman Vinod Dhamija and Secretary Rajiv Aggarwal of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce Haryana also expressed their views. On this occasion, Dr. Sandeep Chopra, Dr. Barjinder Singh, Dr. Priyanka, Dr. Sandeep, former Mayor Bhupendra Singh Panipat, Muskan Bhayana, Sardar Jaspal Singh, Kamal Bhayana, Ved Bhathla, Harbhajan and others were honored with the Dr. Kotnis Ratna Award.
