On the occasion of World Heritage Day, Green Land Senior Secondary Public School organized a power Point Presentation Competition for the students of classes 8th and 9th. It was aimed to raise awareness about the significance of preserving cultural heritage for future generations.
The students showcased their understanding of various aspects of cultural heritage through informative charts and power point presentations. Covering topics ranging from Preserving cultural heritage for future generations to the importance of Indian heritage sites in modern India, the students demonstrated their knowledge and creativity.
The presentations delved into the importance of safeguarding our cultural heritage and its relevance in today's fast-paced world. Students highlighted key Indian heritage sites and explored their connections to contemporary society. Topics such as heritage changes, Connections, routes, and networks were also discussed, shedding light on the Evolution of cultural heritage over time.
Through their well-researched presentations and visually appealing charts, the students emphasized the need for sustaining our cultural heritage for future generations to cherish and learn from.
The Chairman of Chain of Green Land schools, Dr Rajesh Rudhra applauded the efforts of the students and said that the event provided a platform for students to not only showcase their research and presentation skills but also to cultivate a sense of responsibility towards preserving and celebrating our cultural heritage. It is also a testament to School's commitment to holistic education and nurturing well-rounded individuals with a deep appreciation for their cultural heritage.
The Principal ,Mrs Baldeep Pandher commended the students for their efforts in promoting awareness about the importance of preserving cultural heritage. She emphasized the role of education in nurturing a sense of pride and responsibility towards our rich cultural heritage.
