Devotees Converge To Shri Ganesh Mandir For Divine Darshan

The 14th Ganesh Mahotsav celebrations continued at the Shri Ganesh Mandir for the eighth consecutive day. The temple, adorned by the Siddhata Seva Society (Regd.), boasts Asia's tallest and most magnificent idol of Lord Ganesha. A large number of devotees thronged the temple to seek the blessings of the Lord. The temple and the tableau were beautifully decorated with flowers and lights, providing a serene and blissful atmosphere.
Today's puja and rituals were conducted under the guidance of renowned spiritual gurus Pandit Ajay Vashisht, Pandit Davinder Shastri and Pandit Vinod Sharma.
Dr. Rajesh Rudhra, the Chairman of the Siddhata Seva Society (Regd.), along with Smt. Usha Rudhra, President Dr. Shabd Rudhra, Dr. Vijayeta Rudhra, Dr. Anamika, and her son Krishv, Hriday Rudhra, Kripa Rudhra, Shri Ravi Kalra and Smt. Rashmi Kalra along with their daughter Rahat Kalra, Shri Jitendra Sahdev and Smt. Seema Sahdev and their son Puneet Sahdev, Shri Dipty Kapoor and Smt. Suman Kapoor, Shri Anil Khanna and Smt. Kusum Khanna and Vaibhav Gulati performed the puja with great devotion.
Addressing the gathering, Pandit Ajay Vashisht elaborated on the significance of worshipping Lord Ganesha, stating that Lord Ganesha bestows fame and prosperity upon His devotees. His worship is considered auspicious before starting any new endeavor. He emphasized that those who dedicate their time to divine worship are truly fortunate. He urged everyone to eliminate vices like anger, greed, ego, and focus solely on the devotion of the Lord.
Dr. Rajesh Rudhra, the Chairman of the Siddhata Seva Society (Regd.), in his address, mentioned that they had initiated the Ganesh Puja 14 years ago. He highlighted the importance of self-reflection and understanding our journey in life. Expressing his gratitude for being associated with a spiritual guru, Dr. Rudhra shared his experience of having Lord Ganesha's divine darshan. He emphasized the significance of the name of Lord Ram in the teachings of Guru Nanak Dev Ji and expressed hope for a future filled with devotional singing and divine bliss. He also paid tribute to the late Shri Arun Gulati, a member of the society and expressed his condolences.

A grand aarti was performed by all members of the Siddhata Seva Society and other devotees. The temple reverberated with chants of "Ganpati Bappa Morya." Prasad (offerings) of laddoos was distributed among all. A langar (community kitchen) was also organized for the devotees.
All committee members, including Shri Ravi Kalra, Smt. Rashmi Kalra, Shri Dipty Kapoor, Smt. Suman Kapoor, Smt. Rita Kapoor, Shri Ved Bhandari, Shri Tarachand, Shri Vijay Danav, Shri Ravi Kalda, Shri Harish Rudra, Shri Anil Khanna, Shri Sudhir Sharma - Patwari, Shri Gaurav Shastri, Shri Chitra Raj Heer, Shri Rana, and Shri Vaibhav Gulati, were present on this occasion.
