To highlight the health risk associated with tobacco use, World No Tobacco Day was observed at Green Land Sr. Sec. Public School to make the students aware of the opportunity to lead a healthier life. Maximum students of IX-XII participated in it to spread awareness about the dangers of using tobacco by making fabulous and thought-provoking posters and charts. Many students came up with videos and ppts wherein they articulated their thoughts and feelings regarding the theme and many of them came up with inspiring writeups. The aim was to sensitise the students about the hazardous diseases that can be caused due to consumption of tobacco. The students of IX -XII also participated in online quiz Nasha Mukht Bharat Abhiyaan. The Chairman of the Chain of Green Land Schools Dr. Rajesh Rudhra appealed the parents to keep an eye on their children and their activities so that they dont indulge in bad habits.
