MBA students of Gulzar Group of Institutions, Khanna have achieved a significant academic milestone by publishing a collaborative research-based book comprising chapters on various topics. The book includes four in-depth research papers related to finance, management, and technology—highlighting the dedication of the students and the guidance provided by the faculty. One of the key chapters focuses on the role of public sector banks in financial inclusion, authored by Nayela Shoaib and Mr. Jahangir Ahmad Gani. Another study, co-authored by Sakshi Joshi and Mr. Sarbjit Singh Suri, explores financial literacy among employees in the oil and refinery sector. Similarly, financial literacy in the garments industry has been examined by authors Ritu Vaish, Mrs. Surbhi, Mrs. Khushboo, and Jahangir Ahmad Gani. Another notable chapter explores the role of technology in enhancing time management in human resources, written by Mrs. Hashmeet Kaur Arora, Mr. Deepak Srivastava, and Mrs. Gurpreet Kaur. This initiative is a testament to the academic excellence and research-oriented mindset of both students and faculty at Gulzar Group.
