Green Land Senior Secondary Public School marked the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami with great fervour and enthusiasm. Students, teachers and administrative staff came together to celebrate the birth of Lord Rama, an embodiment of virtue and righteousness.
The celebrations culminated with a traditional 'bhajan' session, where students and staff sang devotional songs in praise of Lord Rama, fostering a sense of unity and harmony among all the students.
The Chairman of the Chain of Green Land Schools, Dr. Rajesh Rudhra emphasized the students to imbibe the values of compassion, integrity and righteousness, which are exemplified in the life of Lord Rama. He also told the students that the birth of Lord Rama symbolizes the importance of upholding moral values, respecting one's duties and responsibilities and standing up against injustice and tyranny.
On the occasion, the Principal Mrs. Baldeep Pandher emphasized the students the importance of respecting everyone irrespective of their caste, creed, color and culture. She also highlighted the lesson of resilience from Lord Rama life, encouraging the students to navigate life's adversities with courage and grace. She also highlighted the students the significance of humility and being grounded, regardless of one's status or achievements.
