Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Ludhiana is going to conduct 3rd convocation on 6th May, 2023, 10 am at the Pal Auditorium, PAU Campus, Ludhiana to confer the degrees, merit certificates and gold medals to the students of Ph.D., Master and Bachelor programmes who have completed their degree till May 05, 2023 from all the constituent colleges of the University.
Dr. H. S. Banga, Registrar, GADVASU told that convocation will be presided over by S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan the speaker of Punjab Legislative Assembly. S. Laljit Singh Bhullar, Cabinet Minister, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and Dairy Development will be the guest of honor on this occasion. His Excellency Governor of Punjab cum Chancellor has approved the award of Honorary Degree to Sh. R.S. Sodhi, former MD Amul on the recommendation of Board of Management and Academic Council of the university for his remarkable contribution in the sector of milk cooperative and dairy industry.
All students are advised to be mandatorily present on 05 May 2023, for the rehearsal to be conducted in the Pal Auditorium at 9.30 am sharp.
