BJP Punjab President Ashwani Sharma, Former Punjab State President Prof. Rajinder Bhandari, Punjab State Secretary Anil Sachar, State Chief Spokesperson Anil Sarin and others were present in the meeting. BJP district president Rajneesh Dhiman welcomed all the dignitaries by presenting a bouquet of flowers and a doshala. Bjp state president Ashwani Sharma said where Prime Minister Narendra Modi has developed the nation with leaps and bounds, he also has fulfilled his duties towards Punjab and Punjabis. The construction of Sri Kartarpur Sahib Corridor, punishment for 1984 rioters, FCRA of Sri Harminder Sahib, bringing back all the copies of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji with all respect and reverence from Afghanistan to India, ending the blacklist and so many other constructive works of Prime Minister Narendra Modi reflect his meaningful thinking towards Punjab and Punjabis.The 550th Gurpurab of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, 350th Gurpurab of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, 400th Gurupurab of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji was celebrated with full reverence and zeal in the country and abroad by the Central Government under the leadership of Narendra Modi and declaring the day of martyrdom of Chhote Sahibzadas as Veer Bal Diwas shows the devotion and respect of the Narendra Modi government towards Sikhism. The central government has developed the infrastructure in Punjab, opening of IIM, building satellite center of PGI, opening of AIIMS in Bathinda, construction of heritage, smart city, which are playing an important role in the development of Punjab. The Punjab BJP executive meeting showed gratitude towards central government for the above works done for Punjab and Punjabis and called upon the party workers to burn midnight oil to conduct door-to-door programmes so that the achievements of the Modi government could reach every household in Punjab. Speaking on the occasion, Ashwani Sharma said that Punjab is a very sensitive state therefore Punjab needs the BJP.He said that in the nine years of Modi government, new records have been set and today our country has become the fifth largest economy in the world. Further he said BJP would live up to the expectations of Punjabis and fulfil all the dreams releated to the development of the state. Heart of the Punjab beats in its villages and fields. So for the development the people of Punjab are looking towards the Bharatiya Janata Party. In his address, Anil Sachar said these nine years are symbols of development and prosperity in the country. Narendra Modi's public welfare policies have improved the living standards of the poor, farmers, labourers, Dalits and backward classes of the country. It's not only the pace of economic development which has increased but crores of new employment opportunities have also been created for the youth. During this period, the country's infrastructure has grown tremendously and the country's reputation has grown worldwide. Speaking on this occasion, Praveen Bansal said 1984 anti-Sikh genocide was a well-knitted conspiracy of Congress party which can never be forgotten. He said Congress leaders of Punjab should make their stand clear on the 1984 Sikh massacre. Moreover he said all the remaining accused in this human genocide will also got punished and put behind the bars soon. He said after 39 years, Narendra Modi-led Bharatiya Janata Party government at the Centre has given justice to the Sikhs. Chief spokesperson Anil Sarin, on the occasion said that since the Bhartiya Janata Party has come to power at the Centre country is developing at very fast pace. He said that the Central Government led by Narendra Modi showed the right direction to the youth of the country while putting the country on the right path of progress and seeing the rapid progress our nation, every citizen feels proud and we have become the gloabl centre attraction. Addressing the executive committee, District President Rajnish Dhiman issued instructions to the officials present to complete the organization structure up to the booth level in their respective divisions as soon as possible. Political resolution was presented by Ludhiana's BJP Vice President Harsh Sharma which was supported by District Vice President Mahesh Sharma, Kisan Morcha President Sukhdev Singh Gill and all the workers present.
