Ct Varsity Collaborates With Gateway College, Canada

CT University, Ludhiana comes into an alliance with Canada’s Gateway College, Vancouver, which has been training thousands of students to be a Health Care Assistant since 1986. Since, CT University has well established School of Healthcare and Medical Sciences, this collaboration will bring out the best for CTU students with an international exposure and learning. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor, CTU and Amy Grewal, International Marketing Specialist, Gateway College, Vancouver. The collaboration is done to provide courses based on Healthcare and Medical Sciences. Students completing senior secondary or graduation in medical can further apply for One year Diploma in Healthcare Assistant and Communication (HCAC) from both the institutions. Along with a student visa, a student can have co-op work permit in order to study in Canada. Moreover, graduates of Medical Radiology & Technology (MRT), Medical Lab Technology (MLT) and Operation Theatre Technology (OTT), Anesthesia; can also enroll for HCAC. A student has to meet the basic requirements for IELTS exam. Dr Harsh Sadawarti, Vice Chancellor CTU said, “During the times of Covid19, healthcare experts are in demand across the globe; therefore, such courses can be fruitful for producing the experts in medical background.”
